'A very friendly and welcoming, home-like atmosphere'

Metin is responsible for customer service within the specialized trade sector at Gardendreams. He acts as the primary internal contact for both German and international clients.

Metin says: "I’ve been with Gardendreams since January 1st, 2022, so just over two years now. My workday usually starts at 8:00 AM, but it’s flexible since Gardendreams offers agile working hours. I start by checking my emails to see what has come in and then map out my tasks for the day. I prioritize urgent matters first, then move on to creating quotes and advising our dealers on technical assembly or product-related questions. I also join our field sales team for meetings with our partners."

One of the best parts of his job is seeing projects come to life through the quotes he handles. Metin adds: "There is a very friendly, almost family-like atmosphere here. To keep the team spirit high, we often organize activities outside of work, like canoeing, archery, or having a barbecue together."

Metin is 29 years old, married, and has one child. He is an active member of a local football club and regularly hits the gym. In his free time, he loves being outdoors in the garden, especially when he's spending time there with his son.
